Alan J Bailey was Senior Vice President and Treasurer at Paramount Studios from 1975 to 2009 during which time Paramount was the most successful Hollywood studio. His responsibilities with Paramount Pictures included managing Paramount's film slate financing (with such financiers as Merrill Lynch and Morgan Stanley), asset securitization financing, key deal analysis and cash planning, worldwide cash operations and bank management, corporate tax planning/corporate structuring, internal audit and financial compliance. He is a Veteran of the entertainment industry with 35 years of senior level corporate finance, audit and compliance experience. He served as the Chief Financial Officer, Secretary and Controller at Primco Management Inc. from February 7, 2013 to February 18, 2014. He served as the Chief Financial Officer of American Community Development Group Inc since 2013. He served as a Senior Vice President and Corporate Treasurer of Paramount Pictures Corporation from 1975 to March 2009. He served as Senior Studio Executive and Senior Financial Executive with Paramount Pictures for 35 years. He began his career with Paramount as the Financial Controller of Paramount Pictures International. In April 2009, he co-Founded new media company Dynamic Media International Inc. where he served as the Chief Executive Officer, Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer. He served as Vice President of Finance, in charge of offshore financial operations at Gulf & Western Industries, and served in public accounting with an affiliate of Ernst & Young as a Senior Audit Director and with Grant Thornton as a Senior Audit Supervisor and Senior Manager.
